ZRM-104B-MS Dual Smart Switch - Zigbee 3.0 and 433 MHz RF

The MOES ZRM-104B-MS is a dual smart switch. It allows you to use your smartphone to remotely control two light bulbs or other devices with a maximum current of 10 amperes. The old name of this product is MOES MS-104BZR.

Dual Smart Switch

You can install this dual Zigbee switch in the mounting box behind your existing switches. This allows you to control it both with the physical switches and through an app. These physical switches can be a rocker switch, pulse switch or hotel switch. This MOES switch fits into almost all mounting boxes due to its small size. Nevertheless, this mounting box must have a neutral wire in addition to the phase wire, which is not always the case. In addition, the mounting box cannot be made of metal as this blocks the Zigbee signal.

Zigbee Switch

This MOES switch uses Zigbee. Because of this, you need a Zigbee hub, such as the MOES MHUB-W-Q-MS, to use this smart switch. In addition to Zigbee, this switch also supports 433 MHz RF, making it also controllable through a remote control.

Tuya App

This Zigbee switch can be controlled through the MOES app, which is available for both Android and iOS. This app is based on the Tuya platform, so you can also just use the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app if you already use these. Through this app, it is possible to control and configure this smart switch. Among other things, you can set up smart scenes, which for example allow you to have multiple smart switches automatically turn on at sunrise. It is also possible to link the app to voice assistants such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing you to control your smart devices with your voice as well.
