Warranty & Complaints


We care about our products and of course do our best to deliver them to you in great condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order damages during transport or that something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.


It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first raise complaints with us by contacting us. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the platform of the European Union.
