Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to dispatch orders placed on working days before 16:00 on the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this target, and sometimes the delivery of your order may take a little longer. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. The prices mentioned do not include shipping costs.
We ship all orders with GLS. In the Benelux, except for the Wadden Islands, they deliver your order the next business day. Within the Netherlands, Saturday delivery is possible for an additional €2 when ordered on Friday. The shipping costs per country are listed below. For orders from €100, shipping costs are free.
GLS offers the FlexDeliveryService. This means that you will receive a FlexDeliveryMail with a link which allows you to change the delivery. This allows you to choose, among other things, delivery on a different day, collection from a GLS ParcelShop or depot or to give drop-off permission for this parcel.

Within the Netherlands, we also offer shipping through Intrapost for small orders that fit through the letterbox. For this, the below two options are available.

Besides, we offer shipping with Asendia for small orders to other countries. This is possible for orders up to €25 with Asendia e-PAQ Standard without tracking or for orders up to €50 with Asendia e-PAQ Plus with tracking. These shipments are delivered by the postal service in your country.

We reserve the right to ship your order using a different shipping method than the one you selected. This may occur for example if your order does not fit through the letterbox after all.
Restrictions in shipping abroad: only to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria we can ship products containing a battery. Besides, to Germany we can only ship products from the brands Ledtastic, SONOFF, MOES, Global Leader Power, POS Power and InLine.
Currently you can only order from our website if your billing and delivery address is in one of the above countries. Are you a business customer in another country who would like to order from us? If so, please contact us. Unfortunately we currently can not deliver to individuals in other countries.
